Special Messages of Hope from St Amand’s RC Primary

St Amand's primary and messages of hope June 2016What a great start to this week!  We’ve just received a lovely photo from Kath Oldham, our Education Volunteer, who joined St Amand’s RC Primary in East Hendred last Friday at a special Mass at Douai Abbey.  The school took their special messages of hope as their offertory gift and spoke about their work around the Lampedusa Cross and their ‘On the Move’ workshops.

Kath told us,

“It was a beautiful Mass, held by the Greater Reading Cluster of Catholic schools, and the children’s prayers and messages were very moving. They will now be sending them to CAFOD.’

Thank you so much to everyone at St Amand’s for all your wonderful support.
