Go St George’s!!!

DSCN0426

What a difference a day makes! After one day, we’ve already heard that the pupils at St George’s VA Catholic College in Southampton have made over £100 as part of our Harvest of Talents project!

RE Teacher, Ms Lee-Cann emailed us to say:

‘Last night, one group set up a sweet stall at the back of my classroom for open evening. They made just over £100 which was fantastic! I have now challenged them to keep going and do some more!! Another group set up a penalty shoot out competition, and as there was no outlay made a profit of £11. The busking did happen with the boys singing, but I’m not sure how much they made yet! So not a bad start for day one! We also have car washing going on Monday and raffles and cake sales underway.’

Absolutely brilliant! Well done everyone! Keep going and do send us your photos so we can show everyone what you’re all doing!
