St Joseph’s parish gets down to business!

At a special CAFOD curry and quiz night at St Joseph’s parish in Basingstoke a couple of weeks ago, the over 50 attendees took action for CAFOD over their meal! They all signed a Get down to business campaign card, calling on Andrew Mitchell to support the needs of small businesses in developing countries.

Our volunteer Virginia O’Kelly very successfully coordinated the action, and more cards will be signed at Mass on 12 June! Big thanks to everybody!

Remember that there is still time til 1 July to get the action cards signed – so if you think you could help us give a big final boost to the campaign by getting family, friends and parishioners to sign some cards, please contact us at portsmouth@cafod.org.uk and we can send you as many cards as you need – every card helps 🙂
